Complete set of cables for retrofitting a premium hands-free device for VW and Skoda

With this cable set, vehicles with the RCD510 / RNS 510 / RNS315 / RNS310 system can be retrofitted with a hands-free system. With this set, the control unit is connected to the radio and the included microphone is connected. If not already present in the vehicle, an antenna is required.

The green connector goes into the QuadLock connector on the radio, cables that are already there can be pinned in here.

The cable ends to be connected are labeled, the following cables must be connected:

• CAN high
• CAN low
• Plus (+)
• minus (-)

Theoretically, all four cables should be able to be pinned to the quadlock connector on the radio.

Do I have stereo with the RNS 510 when streaming audio via Bloodoth?

If you use our cable set, clearly YES! On the green connector (T12), pins 5 and 11 are assigned for the left audio channel and pins 6 and 12 for the right audio cable. These are pins 4 and 5 as well as 8 and 9 on the HFCK plug.
In cars in which an FSE control unit is originally installed, which does not support audio streaming, usually only the right channel is occupied and you cannot stream stereo, so you only hear the sound on the right.
