How do we ship to you?

Delivery costs depend on the destination country and your chosen delivery service. As postage is (still) relatively cheap, we can offer you free standard delivery by post within Germany.
The advantage of postal delivery is that the postman can simply pop it into your letterbox. So no parcel courier telling you you weren’t at home, even though you’ve been waiting all day; you don’t have to collect your parcel from your grumpy neighbour; and the courier won’t just chuck the parcel onto your second-floor balcony.


    Our most common shipping options in Germany

    Standard Letter:
    In Germany, our standard delivery is free of charge; we’ll send it to you as a letter via Deutsche Post.

    DHL Parcel:
    If you would like your parcel to be insured and trackable, you can choose DHL Parcel as your delivery option. The cost is €4.99.

    UPS Express:
    If you’ve made a last-minute decision and need your order urgently, we’ll be happy to send it to you via UPS Express for €9.99.

    Collection in Hamburg City:
    You can also collect your order from us in Schopenstehl, Hamburg City. We are available Monday to Friday during standard business hours, and sometimes on Saturdays and Sundays by arrangement. Please contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp to arrange a time. This option is, of course, free of charge for you.


     

    Shipping abroad:

    EU
    Our standard shipping rate to countries within the European Union is €4.99.

    DHL-Paket
    Shipping via DHL Parcel costs €14.99.

    UPS Express:
    If you’ve made a last-minute decision and need your order urgently, we’ll be happy to send it to you via UPS Express for €24.99.

    Switzerland
    Shipping to Switzerland costs €4.99.
    Please bear in mind that customs duties may apply depending on the value of the goods.

    Rest of the world
    Shipping costs to all other countries worldwide are €4.99; items are sent as a letter. Delivery times may vary; we have had deliveries to the USA in under a week, but it has also taken up to 4 weeks to reach Cape Town. If you have any specific requirements, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

    How can I track registered mail or shipments abroad?

    You can track these shipments here at Deutsche Post: Shipment Tracking. Enter the tracking number and the shipping date (the day you received our shipping confirmation). However, some shipments abroad can only be tracked precisely on the post office websites in the destination country.

     

    What to do if you don't want to keep something?

    In the unlikely event that you don't want to keep your order, you can return it to us within 14 days. Simply pack the product back in the box as you received it and send it to the following address:

    You only bear the costs for returning it to us. If you want to be completely sure, send it as registered mail or trackable shipment. If you're not from Germany, please note that return shipping costs may be higher.
