If you're unsure what gift would really bring joy, then a gift voucher is the perfect idea!

How it works:

• After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to the gift voucher - you can then forward this link via email or WhatsApp
• When you click on the link, you will be taken to a website. There you can see the purchased value and an alphanumeric combination - this is the voucher code! You can also write this on a homemade card, as long as it is legible.
• You can then enter this voucher code in our shop at checkout and the amount will be deducted from the invoice.

The Fine Print:

Redemption can be made in one lump sum or in partial amounts. Cash payment of the card amount is generally not possible. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be cashed out. They are only valid for purchases at zerognecklace.de. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. If the voucher value is not sufficient for the order, the difference can also be paid with another approved payment method. Cancellation of voucher orders can only be made by our customer service if the voucher has not yet been redeemed. Gift vouchers, gift cards or their gift voucher credit cannot be cashed out, reloaded, transferred for value, or set off against open claims.
